We lead strategic planning processes, where we specialise in helping clients to identity their unique selling points and unpack the key objectives they want to reach. We provide expertise in largescale evaluations. We offer insights on current affairs such as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. At the same time, we help organisations make their service offering attractive and interesting to potential partners, as well as measure their impact. Our technical expertise offering ranges from quality assurance services to interim employment for key positions. Specialisations include:

Here are some examples of projects we worked on.

Sarah was global evaluator of a ForumCiv funded project, responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of the evaluation implemented in Togo, Bolivia, Cambodia and Mozambique. Sarah's analysis included gathering behavioural insights on how to improve future programming.
Sarah led a gender analysis of Save the Children Norway’s education programme in development and humanitarian settings and designed and conducted a staff training on how to assess and monitor gender programming.



Sarah supports the Global Health Unit at the Norwegian Institute of Public Health with various tasks on process design, strategic communications and training design in their work with partners in the Global South. Sarah is a parttime employee at the NIPH.


Sarah worked with HDI over a period of three months to develop their five-year strategic plan. The process included extensive internal and external consultations with donors, sex workers and LGBT activists, running workshops and writing the full document.
