What are Ela Cohorts?
Ela Cohorts are exclusive groups that begin their journey together during specific registration periods, which open twice a year. Each cohort follows the same structured six-month timeline, progressing through the stages of the GROWTH Blueprint® as a united group. This approach ensures members build strong connections and a sense of community, fostering peer support and collaborative learning throughout their journey.
Members are encouraged to continue their membership after the initial six months to stay connected with their original cohort, deepening relationships and sharing long-term progress. As new cohorts join, members will have opportunities to mingle, share insights, and build bridges between different cohorts. This rich network allows for the exchange of knowledge, diverse perspectives, and valuable experiences, enhancing the overall Ela community. Ela is designed to support women, particularly those with roots in the global majority, in starting or growing their consultancy businesses. We provide coaching, webinars, resources, and a community to help women excel as consultants. By “women with roots in the global majority,” we celebrate those from Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, Indigenous communities, and women of color. Ela ensures that women from historically underrepresented backgrounds have the resources and community to thrive. To be eligible for membership, individuals must be at least 25 years old.

The six-month journey includes milestones such as:

Members are encouraged to continue their membership to stay connected with their cohort and benefit from ongoing support and opportunities. You can choose to stay on at any of the membership tiers, even if you would like to downgrade your membership.

Yes, non-members from all backgrounds can book:
- A one-time coaching session for USD 350
- A package of 5 sessions for USD 1,650 (valid for 6 months)
All webinars are recorded and available in our Private Community YouTube Channel, ensuring members can catch up anytime.
Members can engage in peer accountability groups, the community platform, and webinars featuring expert speakers. Cross-cohort events allow members to share experiences, exchange knowledge, and build professional relationships.

The Ela Chatbot is an AI tool designed to assist with brainstorming and tackling challenges at any time. It will be launched after working with a few cohorts and will be tailored to meet member needs.
Yes, all coaching sessions are personalized based on your specific goals and challenges, whether you are a Beginner or an Established consultant.
- Community Platform: A place for connecting with other consultants, sharing advice, and supporting each other (via a WhatsApp community).
- Personal Dashboard: Customized around the GROWTH Blueprint®, this tool helps track progress, set goals, and organize your journey.
While there is no trial period, members can cancel anytime. Ela recommends staying on the program for at least six months for maximum benefit.
The main language of communication for the Ela programme is English. However, as Ela continues to grow, we plan to expand our offerings to include support in multiple languages, ensuring more women around the world can access and benefit from our resources and community.
